Kao pioniri Restaurant Ticketa, stvorili su naslje\u0111e pobolj\u0161anja dobrobiti zaposlenika unutar organizacija. Predanost se prote\u017ee izvan pojedina\u010dnih tvrtki jer su stvorile ve\u0107u grupu s korporativnom strukturom posve\u0107enom odr\u017eivosti. Ovaj holisti\u010dki pristup osigurava da CSR inicijative nisu samo naknadna misao, ve\u0107 sastavni dio filozofije tvrtke. Edenredov pristup DOP-u karakterizira njegova vi\u0161eslojna struktura. Na \u010delu ove inicijative je predani tim za cijelu grupu, zadu\u017een za nadgledanje praksi odr\u017eivosti u cijeloj organizaciji. Ova je predanost dodatno konsolidirana na nacionalnoj razini, gdje tim radi na provedbi i lokalizaciji strategija DOP-a.      <\/p><p>U Italiji, voditelj CSR-a odgovara direktoru za ljudske resurse i CSR, isti\u010du\u0107i integrirani pristup tvrtke dobrobiti zaposlenika i dru\u0161tvenoj odgovornosti. Jedan od stupova strategije DOP-a je predanost povezivanju s lokalnim zajednicama. Unato\u010d tome \u0161to imamo najve\u0107e urede u Milanu i Rimu, s manjim uredima u Bariju, Napulju i Trentu, obnovljena je predanost odr\u017eavanju stalne prisutnosti i povezanosti sa zajednicama. Vode\u0107i program ulaznica za restoran nadilazi pru\u017eanje pauza za obrok; i katalizira podr\u0161ku lokalnim organizacijama koje poma\u017eu potrebitima. Tvrtka izravno uklju\u010duje svoje zaposlenike kroz pla\u0107ene dane volontiranja u organizacijama kao \u0161to su Banco Alimentare ili Caritas, kako bi im omogu\u0107ila da naprave opipljive promjene u \u017eivotima drugih i izbliza upoznaju dru\u0161tvenu stvarnost.    <\/p><p>U suradnji s tvrtkom klijentom i Bankom hrane pokrenut je pilot program pod nazivom \u201eDoniraj svoju kupnju\u201c. Ova inovativna inicijativa omogu\u0107uje korisnicima Edenred aplikacija kupnju hrane koja \u0107e se zatim donirati na mjestima Banke hrane najbli\u017eima tvrtki klijentu. Ovaj program ne samo da pru\u017ea prijeko potrebnu pomo\u0107 u hrani, ve\u0107 tako\u0111er poti\u010de osje\u0107aj zajedni\u0161tva me\u0111u na\u0161im korisnicima. Edenredova predanost dobrobiti zaposlenika i dru\u0161tvenoj odgovornosti primjer je tvrtke koja je ro\u0111ena i uklju\u010duje korporativnu viziju koja nadilazi puki profit, ali je usmjerena na op\u0107e dobro. Obra\u0107anje velikim tvrtkama budu\u0107nosti koje \u0107e sve vi\u0161e slijediti model benefit companys i B Corp kompanija, postaju\u0107i primjeri odgovornosti i dru\u0161tvene promjene.
