Leading Change Together

On 24 March 2026, project partners eucen hosted an event on the 𝗦𝗜𝗠 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗺𝗲 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, bringing together partners, participants, and stakeholders from across Europe.
The session, “Leading Change Together: A New Role for Social Impact,” led by Francesca Uras and Aisha Krüger, explored how the SIM Programme has been implemented across Austria, Croatia, Greece, France, and Italy, highlighting its practical components and the strong collaboration among academia, business, and civil society.

The webinar presented the new role of the Social Impact Manager that bridges CSR and community development. It’s a professional role designed to support effective, long-term social impact at a regional level, helping organisations identify and respond to the real needs of their community. SIM training participants Erik Franjković and Angeliki Tsagari kindly shared their experiences, offering valuable insight into how the programme works in practice.

It also proved a good opportunity for attendees to:

– Learn how this emerging role of the Social Impact Manager connects business, social responsibility, and community growth
– Explore strategies to generate meaningful impact
– Engage with peers and experts shaping the future of social impact
